Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a TV arbitrator of Cuban descent on Caso Cerrado and Ana Polo Rules. Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez, born in Havana Cuba moved with her parents to Miami as a 2 year young girl. Born in Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo hosts of the well-known Telemundo show "Caso Cerrado" which is the first Spanish show to be nominated the Daytime Emmy(r) Award. The show in 2015 ranked as the number one Spanish-language program on the air at 4pm in key demos. Polo was born on April 11th, 1959, in Havana Cuba and graduated from Florida International University in Political Science. Then she earned the PhD in Law at the University of Miami, and worked for 20 decades in Miami. Then she earned the PhD from The University of Miami, and after that, she practiced law for the next twenty decades in Miami. Polo was first shown to television audiences in 2001 on Telemundo's program Sala de Parejas (2001) and other court shows where her expertise in law was utilized. Literary Works and Accolades In 1958, she wrote the novel Los Hijos Muertos (The dead children), with which she received the Critic's Prize as well as the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute fled Spain for an adventure in the United States 1960. Polo who is an inpatient with breast cancer and a patient who has survived the disease frequently speaks out about the cause she is fighting. She's been an avid proponent of LGBT rights throughout the course of her life. She's been in the Florida Bar since 1987 and graduated in law from the University of Miami School of Law.
